SECTION SAND MIXTURE PREPARATION

The section has been equipped by the German company Kiinkel Wagner, with specifications as follows:

- Production rate - 60 tons of moulding sand per hour;
- Automatic continuous control of the incoming materials and of the prepared sand mixture, i.e. at the entrance and at the exit of
the section;
- Type of the moulding sand - sand-santonite, with a wide range of the mixtures recipes;
- Automatic dosing and corrections during
the process of moulding mixtures preparation;
- Mode of operation - continuous, consecutive;
Designation - the plant provides the new moulding capacities - the line and the plant -with the necessary per amount and per quality sand.
