AUTOMATIC MOULDING PLANT, EQUIPPED BY THE     GERMAN COMPANY KUNKEL WAGNER, WITH     SPECIFICATIONS AS FOLLOWS:

- Annual capacity - 14 000 tons of castings;
- Production rate - 10 moulds per hour;
- Flask sizes - 1 700x 1 350x350/500/650
- Technology of moulds compaction - at choice:

a) preliminary aerial compaction under the "AROPRESS - PLUS 2000" method;
b) high-press differential compaction.

The basic products list program includes castings for:

- counterweights for motor and electric trucks;
- weights for building machines;
- general and specialised mechanical engineering industry, suitable for the above mentioned flasks.

The program is performed upon the following conditions:

- unit weight of the castings - from 30 kg to 2.51;
- single, small and middle series manufacture;
- surface drying of the moulds in case of need.
