- Annual capacity - 16 000 tons of castings;
- Production rate - 60 moulds per hour;
- Flask size - 1 000x800x350/350
- Technology of moulds compaction - at choice:

a) preliminary aerial compaction under the "AROPRESS - PLUS" method;
b) high-press differential compaction;
c) preliminary drag compaction.

The basic products list program includes castings for:

- sewerage shafts and channels;
- reinforcement elements for water pipelines;
- heating units and elements;
- automobile industry, cars and trucks.

The program is performed upon the following conditions:

- unit weight of the castings - from 5 to 120 kg;
- mass, high and middle series manufacture.
